Every share carries an expiry date. After it passes the link stops resolving and the recipient sees an access-ended notice rather than the file.
View only, view plus download, comment or edit — set per share and changeable after the fact without reissuing the link.
Recipient name, email address and access timestamp are stamped on every page of a viewed or downloaded document.
Outside counsel and counterparties verify a one-time code before the link opens. Forwarding the URL grants nothing.
Views, downloads, IP addresses and timestamps are recorded on the share and written to the audit log.
A share can be revoked at any time. Access ends immediately, and the history of what was accessed is retained.
